Voting Question: What dog would be good for my choice?

Hi ! I am planning to get a Dog. My choices are a Maltese, West White terrier, or an bichon Frise. I am 13 yrs. old and i've been wanting a dog for a while. parents said i could get one as long as its good with kids costs no more that $700 and is near where i live. i live near Fresno CA the good with children is very important. i have a Baby brother who is two year old. i want the dog to be okay around babies. If you have any other choice of dog that would be great ! the dog i'm looking for with theses characteristics; White fur, small (toy dog), little to no shedding friendly with people and other animals, and good with kids.
